We are pleased to announce an opening in our Hotel Management Program, Hospitality Specialist.

Hospitality Specialists possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. The Hospitality Specialist's role will provide growth opportunities into entry-level management within the hotel and company. This will done through an initial 5 week hotel rotation as well as the opportunity to be exposed to the Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Services and other guest contact areas.

The Hospitality Specialist ensures a smooth operation of the front of the house and provides detailed, personalized services for our guests in accordance with the brand standards of the hotel and company. This position requires knowledge of hotel services, front desk operations, meeting facilities, venues and dining/tourist information. This offers the opportunity to take ownership of any guest concerns/requests and make the decision to exceed the guest's expectations.
