Hyatt Regency Sydney is looking for an energetic leader to join our Bell Desk team as a bell supervisor. Your main duties in this position will be to effectively lead the team of porters and associates to ensure all guests expectations are exceeded. Your role will require you to have effective leadership skills in order to delegate tasks effectively and handle any guest queries or complaints with the upmost care.

This role will suit someone who has experience working in a Front Office or Concierge team and is ready to take on a supervisory role. This position requires you to be knowledgeable of Front Office operations and can handle the pressure of working in Australia’s largest hotel.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • To have Full Time availability and be able to work a 7 day rotating roster

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a front office role

  • Full NSW Manual car licence

  • Friendly personality and the qualities to effectively lead a team

  • Exceptional grooming and personal presentation

  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm at all times
