The Assistant Operations manager primary focus will be assisting in managing all food/beverage outlets with the hotel. This person will also be involved in staff training, development, accountability and scheduling for food and beverage colleagues. They may be responsible for managing guest related situations. This position reports directly to the Director of Outlets. The Assistant Operations Manager will also help out when needed in Front Office, Housekeeping and Recreation areas. A strong background in food & beverage experience is preferred.

- Minimum of 2 years as F&B Management preferred
- Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
- Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader
