Description:
* Support the implementation of food safety, hygiene and quality assurance operation policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure the entire production process is in compliance with the corporate standard * Ensures the hygiene standard of Food and Beverage production and service within the Hotel. * Work closely with the hotels nominated cleaning supplies and hygiene consultants. * Supervise stewards and kitchen staff and ensures they are following all hygiene standards

Qualifications:
* Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese * Higher Diploma holder or above in Food Science or related discipline. * Certificate in Food and Beverage / HACCP or Food Hygiene Training * 3 – 4 years of relevant working experience in food & catering industry with International Brand Hotel.
