This individual is responsible for answering incoming calls to the resort and must have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude and excellent phone demeanor. The PBX Guest Services Officer must work well handling a high volume of calls. The PBX Guest Services Officer should be comfortable and able to answer questions relating to the hotel.

Qualifications:
* A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment * Refined verbal communication skills * Ability to sit for long periods of time * Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays * Proficient in basic computer skills * Customer service experience preferred * *Due to strict regulation of Malaysian Immigration and Manpower Department, this position is open for Malaysian Nationals only
