You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Services Officer (Receptionist) is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.
Qualifications:* Ideally the candidate should have a degree or diploma in Tourism and Hotel Management, * Good command of English & Arabic, * 2 years experience in hotel operations, * Team player and self-motivated, * No military obligation for male candidates, * Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills
