Hyatt Assistant Director of Sales - Russia in HADAHAA, Maldives

Description:
You will be responsible to assist in providing leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments to maximize sales through the activities of the Sales Department and other employees.

Qualifications:
* Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management. * Minimum 2 years work experience as Associate Director of Sales or Senior Sales Manager. * Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. Maintaining and building relationships within the following markets Russia, and CIS. * Actively driving preference and increase room night production to Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa. * Proactive guidance concerning Pricing strategies and market movements to sales leadership Director of Sales. Support Budgeting stage with market intelligence and strategic outlook. * Identify future opportunities and actively deploy marketing activities under guidance of Director of Sales. Identify, Plan and attend Tradeshows within Russia and CIS Cooperate with HSF and LLL were deemed appropriate and within the provided budget
