The Front Office Night Audit is responsible for the oversight of specific night audit dutities including checking and correcting the hotel's guest ledger, ensuring cash, check or credit card payments have been collected and preforming basic front desk duties. This position will also work 2 nights as phone operator directing guest calls and inquires. In addition this position handles the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment, responding to guest inquires and upselling hotel rooms.
