The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for all duties of the front desk and telecommunications operations which include: colleague training, inter-department communications, and scheduling. The Assistant Front Office Manager should possess strong communication skills and demonstrate leadership abilities. This position will be responsible for assisting, leading and enhancing guest experience from VIP pre-arrival to post departure activities by planning and coordinated with related hotel departments and colleagues. In addition to assisting in the operation of the Front Office operation and guest services personnel, this position will respond quickly to guest requests and/or complaints in a friendly manner and ensure that appropriate action is taken to guarantee guest satisfaction. This position is a highly visible role that requires strong leadership, guest recovery and problem solving.

Qualifications:

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of one year previous front office supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong customer service recovery and problem solving skills
