Hyatt Night Audit | Guest Experience- Full-Time in US, Texas

Night Audit associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions on the overnight shift. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment, completing the night audit checklist, running reports for all hotel divisions and finance.

* A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment. * Refined verbal and written communication skills. * Comfortable using Microsoft office. * Comfortable working with minimal supervision. * Ability to stand for long periods of time. * Prior hospitality experience preferred. * Prior accounting experience preferred. * Must be able to work overnights shifts. * This position works four (4) ten (10) hour shifts. * This position will assist with some of the Hotel Assistant Manager responsibilities on two shifts per week.
