Hyatt Finance Coordinator- Full-Time in LAHAINA, Hawaii

Description:

The Finance Coordinator is responsible for accounting administrative duties and supports the Director of Finance. This position supports the smooth and efficient running of the Accounting Department by performing a variety of duties throughout the Accounting office. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, preparing and distributing various daily reports, supporting accounts payable, 3 rd party charge reconciliation, income journal reconciliation, cash variance reconciliation and reporting, contract and insurance administration, monitoring license and permits, and general Accounting inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Applicants should possess a two or four year degree (finance or hospitality related)
  • Minimum of one year experience in hospitality operations
  • Familiarity with general Microsoft applications, primarily Excel and Word * Superior organization, writing, and analytical skills * Good problem-solving skills * Administrative and interpersonal skills are a must * A strong desire to learn and develop
