We have an exciting opportunity within our Sales & Marketing team, for a Marketing & Communications Executive to join our team. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the Hotel’s marketing communications strategy. This will include creating and advertising promotions for the outlets, public relations, connecting with our guests via social media platforms, taking key photographs that showcase our brand and colleagues to support the marketing objectives for the Hotel, maximising the Hotel’s positive exposure, locally, nationally and internationally.

Some of your responsibilities will be; assisting with establishing annual marketing communications budgets, including above the line advertising, public relations, sales promotions and publicity that will form part of the hotel’s business plan. Measuring, interpreting, prioritising and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing communications activities through an ROI analysis and adjust as necessary. To continuously update press kits and to closely work together with other departments to assess and support their internal and external communications needs.

Qualifications:

You will have experience in a similar role, be extremely confident and fluent in all social media platforms; Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook etc. with a creative mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have the ability to capture the right moment in photographs, ‘boomerangs’ or videos.With excellent interpersonal skills,both verbally and written, you will be able to provide excellent service to external customers, as well as internal customers in other departments.
